The brief: as the world’s largest industrial threads manufacturer, Coats have teams working in offices across the globe. Our work together sought to centralise copy, working up marketing materials and boiler plate information that took highly technical information and made it easy to understand.

The idea: I worked to structure copy in a logical way, and helped the business to anchor its extremely technical copy in real-world benefits. This involved interviewing their technicians, trawling through vast spreadsheets and researching their in-depth blog articles online. It was work based in context and rigorous understanding for a client moving into their next phase of comms.
