The brief: InEat were getting ready to launch their business, providing dietician-approved meals and mealkits to people living with chronic illness. They needed a full website writing, as well as brand copy, taglines and guidance on tone of voice. I was brought back in after this initial work to write press releases and founder bios further down the line.

The idea: I interviewed the two founders, to better understand the needs of their customer and the business story so far. From there, I drew up a short tone of voice guide and some branding copy, including About Us, tagline, values and reasons to believe to be used across any marketing materials they needed in future. Following this, I wrote their entire website, taking care to stick to our friendly, precise and simple tone. It was a joy to be asked back later to work on further materials for this brilliant business.
