The brief: the mahabis team wanted a full tone of voice guide and playbook that looked at what they said, how they said it, where they said it and the best way to drive results.
The idea: with a global customer base and a product with many uses, mahabis needed a unifying set of principles centred around one core idea. After developing the line ‘time well spent’ I worked to create guidelines across their web, social, press, marketing and comms. These included how to write for each channel, with accompanying examples for each.
