Net-a-Porter tasked the team with finding an idea to support International Women's Day. We came up with W for women - the most internationally-recognised celebratory gesture also happens to make a W with your arms, and that seemed like too shareable an opportunity to miss. The campaign was simple: Instagram your W and tag those you're #EmpoweredBy to pass it on.
