The brief: stationers and print specialists Office Outlet worked with me on a rewrite of their entire website. They were looking to energise their copy with a fresh new tone, across all pages. The project was such a success that they brought me on to do the same for their highly technical printing services.

The idea: I restructured their copy, developing a new tone of voice that took the technical and turned it into something that office managers and customers could experience with a smile. It was about speaking to readers like people, relating products to real life and communicating densely-packed information in a way that felt engaging and drove towards action.
