The brief: as new business, The Light Salon were getting ready to introduce London to the benefits of light therapy for skin, and had a big old challenge on their hands. How to take very technical dermatological information about technology nobody had ever heard of, and turn that into something that brought people through the door? No problem.
The idea: after interviewing the inventor of the tech and doing some trials of my own, I helped The Light Salon to develop both brand and web copy that effectively communicated, educated and informed. They’re still going strong today, with spots in Selfridges, light therapy is now a well-respected part of the UK beauty industry.
