Dirty Laundry
writing | pitching | editing
The brief: I wrote for this lo-fi magazine very early in my career, pitching everything from 2500-word articles on style and culture to pieces like this - a tongue-in-cheek obituary for Bono.
The idea: a monthly laugh at the end of teach issue, tearing into a public figure who was a bit of a tosser. Was it kind? No. Was it funny? I mean, I thought so… It’s included here as a nod to that style of writing and as proof I can write stuff that isn’t Deadly Serious.
